Toprak Media Uploader - Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 7, 2026

What this is

Toprak Media Uploader is a private, internal tool. Only the owner of Toprak Media Studio (the AI Pro Tour and Smarter Tennis YouTube channels) uses it, to upload and schedule his own videos (with thumbnails, captions and playlists) to his own YouTube channel(s). It is not offered to the public and has no other users.

YouTube API Services

This tool uses YouTube API Services. By using it, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's use of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

What it accesses

Only the owner's own channel. It uploads videos, thumbnails and captions, adds videos to playlists, and reads the channel name and the owner's own playlists.

What it stores

• The Google sign-in (OAuth) token, on the owner's own computer, in a file only the owner can read.
• A local log of the videos it uploaded: video ID, link and scheduled time.

What it does not do

• It collects no viewer data and no data about any other user.
• No cookies, no analytics, no ads.
• It does not sell or share any data with anyone.

Revoke access and delete data

• Revoke access any time in Google security settings: https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.
• Then delete the token file on the owner's computer. That removes the stored sign-in. After access is revoked, or on request, stored data is deleted within 7 days.
• The upload log holds only the owner's own video IDs, links and times. The owner can delete it at any time.
• No YouTube data about other people is stored, so nothing else needs refreshing or deleting under YouTube's storage limits.
